• Please bring suitable swimwear to wear inside the sauna. Trunks, bathing costume or Bikini.

• Also bring two towels, one for sitting on in the sauna and one for drying yourself afterwards.

• Some flip flops or easy on/off shoes for transferring from the sauna to the cooling off.

• A changing robe or extra large towel would be beneficial for changing afterwards as we currently don’t have changing rooms available at all sites.

• Some warm loose clothing for after your session.

• Please bring a water bottle for hydration we do have drinking water available if you forget.

• Please arrive 10 minutes before your session, earlier if you are not already in your swimwear.

  Changing robes are great for this, we have hanging space for your robes.

• Please leave all valuables in your car.

Regular sauna use has been shown to improve circulation, detoxification, muscle recovery and immune function.

All persons using the sauna do so at their own risk, if you have any reservations such as existing medical conditions or suitability you should contact your doctor before using the sauna.

Children of 16 years and under are permitted to use the Sauna, with an Adult Family Member/Guardian present at ALL TIMES during the hire and use of the sauna.

A waiver must state the relationship between the parent/guardian and the minor and is signed by them accordingly.

No under 16’s allowed in Ice baths/Plunge Pool/Cold showers.
